Many companies have Muslim groups or societies which meet for salah (daily prayers) and for Jumu`ah (Friday prayers) in their prayer room within their buildings. You should be able to find out through your HR department.

The Canary Wharf Multifaith Chaplaincy offers khatib training without cost. Contact our Muslim Chaplain if you would like to receive training in how to prepare and deliver a khutbah.

If your company does not have its own Prayer Room, then you are welcome to attend prayers in  The Canary Wharf Multifaith Prayer Room. (Limited wudu’ facilities are available for men and women).

There are two Jumu’ah prayers held on Fridays. The first session is very busy and you may not find a space and so it is recommended to attend the second jama’ah which is less busy.

It is suggested that women attend the second jama’ah. Prayer times are as follows:

Please note there are no `Id prayers held in the Canary Wharf Multifaith Prayer Room. You are advised to locate a mosque nearby.
