Flexible working and its impact on the office, its culture, values and leadership.

Recently had in our Ethics Series planned jointly by the Chaplaincy and the G30 Conduct and Cultural Interest Group our latest panel discussion. Our panellist discussed working patterns coming out of the pandemic and the impact on flexible working policies and the long hours culture.

It was a very interesting and wide ranging discussion, I realised how easy it is to confuse the notion of hybrid or agile working with flexible working.
