World Mental Health Day 10 October 2020
Since March we have all adjusted our lives to live with the Coronavirus pandemic. We have all found ourselves under pressure. From lockdown, coping with working from home, missing social interaction with colleagues in the office, to furlough, uncertain job futures or job losses. Lockdown has affected us all in different ways, and it is only normal to feel uncertain about what the future holds. We have lived through 6 months of the virus and the next 6 months are will continue to present challenges. The stress of this uncertainty could be having an impact on our overall wellbeing and mental health too.
Whatever you’ve been through this year, World Mental Health Day is a chance to make a positive change for the mental health of your workplace (for many this is currently their home). But it can be hard to know where to start sometimes.
